By Subway:

Take the A,C or E line to 42nd Street/Times Square stop (on 8th Avenue) or take the 1,2 or 3 line to 42nd Street/Times Square stop (on 7th Avenue).

By Ferry:

New York Waterways Ferry runs to the West 39th Street Terminal (near the Javits Center) from different points in Hoboken and Weehawken every 30 minutes on Saturday and Sunday.
